I worked at the dealership for 15 years we had always had FP mailing solutions who I just loved. I am no longer at that company so I feel I can post this now. I had never had an issue with this company they always called when the upgrade came around. If any billing issues they were resolved right away.

Great and speedy service! My car key was not working and could not unlock my car, I called and explained that I was in a very dark and lonely area and needed assistance. Even though he was off duty he came within ten minutes to help me and did not leave until I drove off. He even went out of his way to help me look through my car and find my spare car key remote.

Amazing service! Tom is awesome! We had someone try to scam us by showing up and saying that they needed to increase their fee by 60%. Called these folks and they were amazing! Tom went above and beyond!

My Ford Escape died on me in heavy traffic and I thought I would be stuck in the middle of the street for hours (couldnt take it out of park). I was so mistaken! Found Matrix Towing Service on Yelp, called them up and they were there less than hour after I called. Never had a towing service get to me so quickly and in traffic too! Levon was the tow truck driver and was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He got the car out of the street and had me home quickly! He even spent time trying to see if he could trouble shoot what was wrong with my car. Levon was polite and we had a great conversation on my way home. If I ever found myself needing a towing service in this area again, Matrix Towing Service will have my business!

Don't bother looking any further. You have found the best towing company in the area. Fast, fast, fast! Very professional employees, both on the phone and on the service call. Matrix was referred to me by McCoy Mills Ford and now I'm recommending to you. It's always a stressful situation when you require towing so you really don't need the BS from some unorganized, unprofessional, lying POS towing company that won't even answer their phone. Sorry, but I had to vent from my experience this morning with Pride Towing and Recovery (the worst in all aspects of the business). I'm feeling better now.
